Working with freelancers can be hit or miss sometimes (rates change, they're not available when you need work done, etc.) and hiring a full-time designer is expensive these days (especially if you don't have enough work for a full-time position).

This is where we come in, with us you get the best of both worlds: the reliability of having somebody there when you need work done, at a fraction of the cost of a full-time employee, with the ability to put us on pause whenever you want. Pretty handy, right?

Canceling your subscription means we'll stop work, refund any remaining days and open your seat up to a new client. You can come back later and subscribe again but there might not be any seats available anymore so consider pausing your subscription instead.

If you’ve just signed up, and you’re not happy with the quality of our service, let us know and we'll refund the entire amount of your subscription on the spot, no questions asked!

When you subscribe, we’ll send you an invitation to your very own design dashboard. There, you can request designs, share inspiration, links, docs, wireframes or whatever you like. You can include as much or as little detail in your requests as you want.

You can ask for as many revisions as you want! We'll tweak, change or completely redesign everything until you're 100% satisfied with the result.

We'll work on your requests 1 or 2 at a time, depending on your subscription. The moment you approve a design as final, you're all set to submit the next. Need more going at once? Just add another subscription.

On average, most requests are completed by the very next day. More complex requests can take longer to complete but you will still get updates and see progress every day.

We rock out designs in Figma, which is great because you don't need to purchase a license to use it. We can also provide designs in Adobe XD, Sketch as well as provide Canva assets or presentation decks in PowerPoint, Google Slides or Keynote.
